How to Rebuild / Defrag Your Sky+ HD Box

If you are experiencing problems with your Sky+ HD box, slowing menus, etc then you could always give this a try...

Make sure you are using the EPG with the small in-screen picture in the top right-hand corner (see below)

On your Sky remote:

• Hit "services"
• Hit 0
• Hit 0 again
• Hit 1
• Hit "select"
• Then move your cursor to the right until you land on "Rebuild"

This can take a few minutes to action, but do not worry - your recorded programmes should be safe
