One further comment about last night's The Voice UK...although it was a foregone conclusion that Sam would be dropped by Tom Jones (he hardly sang a note in tune, after all) I found myself warming to him once the decision had been given. He was clearly distraught and yet he composed himself and said his piece and I was surprised and really impressed by his maturity in the face of defeat. That said, I was belly laughing with some of the comments on Twitter immediately after the announcement - it seems I was not the only one wishing Holly Willoughbooby to say "Sam...you were utterly Buttery"
